This is an economical CRM plan where contacts and referral sources receive one
communication per year. These letters focus on sending the right message at the
right time. Initially, a thank you is sent out after funding. Then each letter arrives at
the client's mailbox on the anniversary date of their mortgage, a reminder or a tip
