Email Set Up For Webmail / Mailbox

You will need to follow these instructions if you chose to get your emails from the web.
 
You will receive notification as to what your email address is

 

Your password has been set to

 

password (case sensitive )

 

You will need to change your password to something personal as soon as you login. To do this go to

Either copy and paste the above to your web browser or you can put your cursor over the link on this page and click. It should open a web browser for you. Follow all instruction on the webpage.

 

Now you can access your email. The web address that you will need is

 

http://email.ixwebhosting.com/

 

enter your username (your RMA email address “yourname@rmabroker.ca) and your personal password.

 

You will now be able to access your emails.
 
 
 
Setting up Your RMA Email Mailbox on Microsoft Outlook

You have sent in your email request to Head Office and now you have received confirmation that your email has been setup. The next step for you will be to set up your Outlook so that you will now receive your incoming mail. Follow the directions listed below.

 

In your Outlook please click on “Tools” and then “Email Accounts”.

 

Click “Add a new e-mail accounts” option

 

Then Click “Next”

 

Click on the "POP3" option (second option from the top) and then click “Next”

(Make sure that you have selected POP3, you can check this by ensuring the green dot is in the circle beside the POP3.)

 

Click Next.

 

In the User Information Section please fill in your name and RMA email address.

 

In the section “Server Information” the Incoming Mail Server is “mail.rmabroker.ca”.

 

Please contact your Internet Service Provider for the Outgoing Mail Server for your

Internet connection.

 

In the Logon Information section please fill in the email address you were provided with through RMA and your password.

 

Click on “Next” then “Finish”.

            
Email Reply Option for Microsoft Outlook
 

Now that you have your outlook express email set-up for your RMA address, you will need to set up your email so that it replies from your new RMA address as well. Follow the instructions to have this set up.

 

First, open Outlook and select "Tools". Then in the menu that appears select "Email Accounts".

 

Select "View or change existing email accounts"

 

Select the account that you wish to change. This should be your regular email that you want all RMA emails to be forwarded to.

 

Select, "More Settings”

 

Go down to the reply email address section and enter your RMA email address and then click "OK". Now when anyone replies to your emails it will have your RMA email address show up on their email and they will automatically forward to your regular account.
