Meet Alessandra Di Stefano (Ali). Ali has been an agent with RMA since 2017. She has adopted the Velocity Mortgage Originating platform quite quickly. This week Ali ran a training session at head office for several brokers. It was very well received. Therefore, Ali will be doing an online training session on the STEP by STEP on How To Enter A Mortgage Application in to Velocity. She will share her screen and enter a mock client information and you can follow along and enter the same application on your own system. Then she will show you how to complete and print off the closing documents. This training will be at a slower pace and will only focus on the basics of doing a client application.
Ali will cover: discovery, deal submissions, manual deal submissions and manual deal approvals. Discovery is search tool integrated into Velocity that saves you time comparing products from lenders to help you determine the most suitable mortgage for your clients. Ali will show you how to use Discovery
